Our Refund & Payment Policy

At Madam Pho, every meal is prepared fresh to order.

For this reason, we cannot cancel, change, or refund any order once it has been confirmed and paid.


Payment Authorisation

By completing payment, you confirm that

  • You are the cardholder or an authorised user the card used, and
  • You give permission for the payment to be processed for your order.

We may require the card or matching photo ID at pickup for verification.

If the cardholder cannot be verified, we may refuse to release the food until verification is complete.


Change of Mind

No refund or cancellations for change of mind after payment.


Unauthorised or Stolen Card Use

The restaurant is not responsible for payments made using stolen or unauthorised cards.

If such a transaction occurs, the matter must be resolved directly with the issuing bank or payment provider.

We will cooperate with law enforcement if requested.


Incorrect or Missing Orders

If there is an issue with your order (wrong or missing items), please notify our team immediately at pickup or contact us on the same day so we can verify and fix the issue.


Food Dissatisfaction Policy

We prepare all food fresh to order using only the best ingredients. If you receive unsatisfactory food due to an issue with quality or preparation, please contact us immediately.

Food must be returned in the original container so our team can review and address the concern.

At the manager’s discretion, we will either:

  • Prepare a replacement meal, or
  • Issue a refund or store credit once the issue is confirmed.

Evidence & Chargeback Protection

We keep transaction logs, CCTV footage, and signed pickup records for verification in the event of a chargeback or dispute.
